The Distance Selling Act (Book 6 BW, Title 4) applies to these general terms and conditions. These terms apply exclusively to purchases via the webshop of Greenparrotshop (www.greenparrotshop.com). All sales take place through distance contracts; there is no physical store or showroom.
Article 1 – Definitions
- Consumer: the natural person who does not act for purposes related to his trade, business, craft, or profession.
- Entrepreneur: Dijk8, trading under the name Greenparrotshop, located at IJselmeerdijk 8, 1634 DM Scharwoude, Netherlands.
- Right of withdrawal: the consumer's right to dissolve the agreement within the reflection period without giving any reason.
- Reflection period: the period of up to 14 days after receipt of a product.
- Durable data carrier: any means that enables the consumer to store information in a way that allows future consultation.

Article 3 – Applicability
- These terms apply to all offers and agreements exclusively via the webshop.
- Physical stores, on-site services, and auctions do not apply.
- Deviating terms apply only if confirmed in writing.
Article 4 – The offer
- Non-binding price quotes: prices in the webshop may change.
- The offer contains a complete and accurate product description and price including VAT.
Article 5 – Formation of the agreement
- The agreement is concluded by completing the ordering process and confirmation by email.
- The confirmation email contains the order details and these general terms and conditions.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal and exceptions
- The consumer has a 14-day reflection period, starting the day after receipt of the product.
- Exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies to:
- Opened blends and mixes for parrots and other food products whose seal has been broken;
- Vacuum or freshpack products after opening;
- Sealed hygiene products whose seal has been broken;
- Products that spoil quickly or are irrevocably mixed.
Article 7 – Exercising the right of withdrawal
- The consumer reports withdrawal via model form or email.
- Return within 14 days after notification; costs borne by the consumer.
- Products unused and in original packaging.
Article 8 – Obligations of the entrepreneur upon withdrawal
- Immediate confirmation of receipt of withdrawal by email.
- Refund within 14 days after withdrawal, including standard shipping costs.
Article 9 – Prices and payment
- Prices in the webshop include VAT.
- Payment methods: iDEAL, credit card, PayPal.
Article 10 – Delivery
- Delivery in the Netherlands via parcel service.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days
- If exceeded, we inform the consumer immediately.
Article 11 – Warranty and conformity
- Legal warranty: products must meet reasonable expectations.
- Report defective products within 24 hours via customer service.
Article 12 – Liability
- The entrepreneur is not liable for indirect damage.
- Total liability limited to the order amount.
Article 13 – Complaints procedure
- Report complaints via email: admin@natuphar.com.
- Confirmation of receipt within 14 days and substantive response within 30 days.
Article 14 – Disputes
All legal relationships are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Article 15 – Changes to terms
The entrepreneur may change these terms. Changes apply only to future orders.
